The periphery of a swab main body (3) having the cotton ball part (2) impregnated with a liquid provided to at least one end of its shaft rod (1) is packaged in a hermetically sealed state by an opaque film material (4) so as to be joined to the swab main body under pressure. When the opaque film material (4) begins to be torn from the deformed V-shaped cut part (5) having ridge and trough parts formed to the proper place of the side surface pressure bonded part (6) of the opaque film material (4) when used, tearing is conducted to a perforation guide part (7) and the package is continuously torn to be perfectly opened to easily take out the swab main body (3).
