A plurality of rugged streaks 53 by pressure plastic deformation are formed on the surface of a metal sheet material 51 in which a plurality of through holes 52 are made, in a state where they are crossed, the straightening force by transfer of the plurality of crossed rugged streaks 53 is acted on the metal sheet material 51, and the metal sheet material 51 is corrected and held to a lattice-shaped flat face by ruggedness prescribed by the crossed rugged streaks 53.
