To effectively clean the skin.SOLUTION: A liquid injection device 25 for skin cleaning includes a liquid injection nozzle 11 having an injection nozzle hole 1, a pressurized liquid supply part 27 for pressuring liquid 3 and sending it to the liquid injection nozzle, and a control part 4 for controlling an operation of the pressurized liquid supply part and flying the liquid 3 injected from the injection nozzle hole 1 in a state of being split from a continuous flow 5 to droplets 7. The nozzle hole diameter d of the injection nozzle hole 1 is 0.01-0.03 mm.
