To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device, in which reactive force of seal members being held is reduced while communicating two fluid channels with each other which are formed in the respective members, by seal members held by the different members.
Head-configuring members 14, 15 include: convex sections 26, 32 which protrude from a surface on a seal member 18 side to the same side; and open fluid channels 27, 31 of the head-configuring members at the tip of the convex sections. The seal member includes concave sections 63, 64 which fit an outer circumferential surface of the convex sections. The convex section includes straight sections 26a, 32a an outer diameter of which is made constant, and taper sections 26b, 32b an outer diameter of which is made smaller gradually toward the tip, the concave sections include straight surrounding sections 63a, 64a which adhere the outer circumferential surfaces of the straight sections and taper surrounding sections 63b, 64b which adhere the outer circumferential surfaces of the taper sections, and, in the condition before the convex section and the concave section fit each other, an inner diameter of the straight surrounding section is formed as smaller than the outer diameter of the straight section.
