Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which improves the durability of an actuator unit and achieves high reliability, and to provide a liquid jet device.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head includes: an actuator unit having a pressure camber 21, a diaphragm 10 which generates a pressure in the pressure chamber 21; and a piezoelectric element 11 formed at the diaphragm 10; a case part 110 in which the actuator unit is housed and the housing space is sealed; and a decompression mechanism 130 which decompresses the sealed space in the case part by motive power.
