To provide a liquid jet head module which can improve the workability of replacement of liquid jet heads, and to provide a liquid jet apparatus.

The liquid jet head module 3 carrying a plurality of unit heads 11 on a head holder 24 has an FFC 26 which supplies an electric signal to each liquid jet head, an ink supply tube 28 which supplies a liquid to each liquid jet head, and a circuit plate 27 connected with a plurality of the FFCs. The FFC is constituted to be freely extensible and contractible. An adjusting member 30 is installed which adjusts a relative position between the circuit plate and the head holder. The FFC arranged between the circuit plate and the unit head is extended and contracted by the adjusting member.
