Abstract:
A liquid lens according to an embodiment comprises: a first plate including a cavity for receiving a conductive liquid and a non-conductive liquid; a second and a third plate arranged above and below the first plate, respectively, and defining the cavity together with the first plate; a common electrode arranged extending from a space between the first plate and the third plate to the conductive liquid; a plurality of individual electrodes arranged between the first plate and the second plate and electrically spaced from each other; and a temperature sensing part arranged inside at least one of the first plate, the second plate, and the third plate.
