Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately detect the differential pressure between a first diaphragm and second diaphragm by arranging the second diaphragm perpendicularly to the first diaphragm.
CONSTITUTION: Since the welding point of an overload protective diaphragm 140 with a pressure receiving member 120 can be provided at such a location that no distortion is transmitted to the welding point by positioning a second seal diaphragm 301 against a first seal diaphragm 302 so that the pressure receiving direction of the diaphragm 301 can become perpendicular to that of the diaphragm 302, the shape and position of the diaphragms 301 and 302 are not distorted. In addition, since the distortion of a member generated in the vicinities of the diaphragms is hardly transmitted to a center diaphragm as distortion even when an excessively high pressure is applied to a drain diaphragm 385 from a process fluid, the zero point or support of the center diaphragm does not change and the differential pressure between the diaphragms 301 and 302 can be measured with accuracy.
