The liquid makeup cosmetic contains the following components (a), (b) and (c): (a) 3-20 wt.% of acryl-silicone graft copolymer, (b) 5-30 wt.% of spherical fine-particulate powder and (c) 10-70 wt.% of a low-boiling silicone oil.
