Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device that is able to solve the problem of variation in discharge rate by restricting a change in pressure of compressed gas supplied to a container storing a liquid material.SOLUTION: A liquid material discharge device comprises: a storage container storing a liquid material; a discharge port for discharging the liquid material; a pressure control valve by which a compressed gas supplied from an external compressed- gas-source is adjusted to a predetermined pressure; a discharge valve that establishes or disconnects communication between the pressure control valve and the storing container; a control device that controls operation of the discharge valve; a first pipe for connecting the pressure control valve and the discharge valve; a second pipe for connecting the discharge valve and the storage container. The liquid material discharge device further comprises; a third pipe branching from the first pipe; and a leak mechanism connected to the third pipe. The leak mechanism lets out some of compressed gas the pressure of which has been adjusted by the pressure control valve. An applying device for the liquid material discharge device is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
