Abstract:
PURPOSE: To stably obtain a prepared medicine with high precision in a short time by taking a means such that for installing a postmixer whose capacity is larger than that of a mixer and which is equipped with a concentration meter for measuring the concentration of an object component and a mixing means.
CONSTITUTION: In a liquid medicine preparing apparatus, an alkaline developing solution is prepared without using raw liquid intermediate tanks (a liquid medicine intermediate tank and an extra pure water intermediate tank). Incidentally, for the flow rate measurement of raw liquids (an alkaline solution and extra pure water), an ultrasonic flowmeter is used, and the flow rate signal is integrated in a sequencer, and also the supply of the raw liquids is stopped when it reaches a specified quantity. On the other hand, for the concentration measurement of a mixing tank and a postmixing tank, an ultrasonic concentration meter is used. In a sequencer, an arithmetic function for determining the raw liquid supply quantity based on the difference between the object concentration and the measured one of an object component, and a function for setting an allowable error within a fixed range for the object concentration and not changing the raw liquid supply quantity or the mixer when the measured value of the concentration of the mixing or postmixing tanks is within the allowable error limits.
