Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master batch effectively and uniformly dispersing a carbon-based conductive filler.SOLUTION: There is provided a master batch containing following (a) to (c) and having a shape of an aggregated solid. (a) carbon nanofiber and/or nanotube with content of 15 wt.% to 40 wt.%, preferably 20 wt.% to 35 wt.% based on the total weight of the master batch, (b) at least one kind of solvent, (c) at least one kind of polymer binder of 1 wt.% to 40 wt.%, preferably 2 wt.% to 30 wt.% based on the total weight of the master batch. There is provided a concentrated master batch obtained by removing all to a part of the solvent from the master batch. There are provided a manufacturing method of the master batch by mixing a mixture of the raw material using a co-rolling or reverse-rolling twin screw extruder or a co-mixer, use thereof, especially use in manufacturing an electrode or a composite material for an electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: None
