To provide a liquid mixer which can carry out suction/discharging/mixing of each solution with a simple constitution and also safely treat even a harmful solution.

The liquid mixer X has a vessel body 10 which has a suction opening 11 for sucking a liquid, a storage part 12 for storing the sucked liquid, and a discharging opening 13 for discharging the liquid of the storage part 12, a suction means 40 for sucking an inner part of the vessel body 10 from the discharging opening 13, and also a communicating passage 14, the tip of which communicates with the discharging opening 13 and the other tip of which forms an opening 14a facing the inner part of the vessel body 10, wherein the height position of the opening 14a for the liquid surface of the storage part 12 is charged by rotating the communicating passage 14.
