Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for injecting and mixing two liquids different in specific gravity in a simple liquid storage device having no agitator and to provide a photographic processing liquid replenishing device.
SOLUTION: This method comprises injecting two liquids different in specific gravity at the same time to a storage tank 4 when the liquid having higher specific gravity is injected for over 50% of the total injection time through a liquid feeding pipe 6 having the outlet near the bottom of the tank 4. The photographic processing liquid replenishing device is provided with the liquid feeding pipe 6 having the outlet near the bottom of the storage tank 4 for feeding a treating liquid, a means 10 for supplying diluting water to the liquid feeding pipe and a means 7 (a micro-switch) for detecting the starting time to inject the treating liquid. The diluting water supplying means 10 is actuated by receiving a signal from the detecting means 7.
