Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an LNG vaporizer which can utilize the characteristic of a double pipe type open rack type vaporizer most efficiently, stabilize the outlet gas temperature independently of the reduction and variation of the sea water quantity and reduce ice freezing.
CONSTITUTION: A double pipe type open rack type vaporizer 1 is arranged on the upstream side, and a single pipe type open rack type heat exchanger 10 is arranged in series, and the outlet gas temperature is stabilized independently of the reduction of the sprayed quantity of sea water and the increase of the flow rate of LNG by positively utilizing the self heat exchange of the LNG in an inner pipe and the LNG in an outer pipe. Accordingly, the freezing on the whole of a heat exchange panel 11 can be reduced, and since also the downstream side heat exchanger 10 keeps a constant temperature of the heated LNG which flows in, also the heating condition can be stabilized, and the always stable vaporization and heating for LNG can be carried out, as the whole of the system.
