To provide a mixing valve for high-temperature water with low- temperature water for keeping the outlet water temperature in a prescribed value by driving a low-voltage pulse-operated type solenoid valve by use of an electric sensor, thereby regulating the pressure in a control passage.

A driving diaphragm is moved according to the pressure difference of the control passage crossing the diaphragm to change the position of a main mixing valve. According to this, the electric energy consumed for temperature level regulation is minimized.
