Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a liquid outflow control valve of low price and small power consumption by fixing both ends of a beam opening/closing a through hole by curving according to change of temperature on a base plate formed with the through hole, and controlling the curved displacement of the beam by a temperature control means.
CONSTITUTION: A super small sized valve device 10 for controlling a fluid flow is provided with a base 12 having a through hole (outlet orifice) 26 forming a first flow route, and a beam 72 arranged so that the flexible middle part is piled on the hole 26 is fitted to the vicinity of the base plate 12. The beam 72 generates curved displacement as a result of heat expansion, and the hole 26 is opened/closed by the curved displacement of the beam 72. For controlling heating of the beam 72, heating resistances 96, 98 as a temperature controlling assembly is provided, and they are integratedly sandwiched between the first base plate 12 and a dish-like second base plate fitted to the lower part through a peripheral combined layer 68.
