PURPOSE: To offer a safe and sanitary liquid-packaging pouch with a tear-off top end to make an opening which is limited to a suitable size for discharging the contents and which prevents the contents from splashing when the top end is torn off.

CONSTITUTION: A pouch is designed to discharge the contents through an opening formed by tearing off A part along its adhered top end 1. The pouch has two sealing lines: a vertical sealing line 2 which runs down, desirably at an angle with respect to a vertical line, from a point on the top end 1 and which has such a width that does not virtually increase the tear resistance, and a horizontal sealing line 3 which connects the vertical sealing line 2 to one side end. Such sealing lines limit the size of a discharge opening.
