This composition comprises (A) a paste base agent obtained by polymerizing a lower fatty acid vinyl ester such as vinyl acetate, (B) a compound of the formula (R1-R6 are each a 1-6C alkyl; X- is an anion), preferably 2-hydroxy-3-methacryloxypropyltrimethyl ammonium salt, and (C) at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of denatonium henzoate, 8-acetylated sucrose and brucine.
