Abstract:
To provide a liquid path device capable of releasing air accumulated in a screw groove upon assembling a male screw.SOLUTION: A fluid path device LP comprises, in an open hole 103 that has an axial line Cf in a standing posture, opens upward and is connected to a liquid path 102, a fluid path member 105 that defines the screw groove of a female screw 104 in a spiral manner from an opening, and a male screw member 106 that is screwed into the liquid channel member 105 from the opening and has a screw thread entering the screw groove. The female screw 104 has a long groove 116 that is opened at the opening and crosses the screw groove in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
