Title:
LIQUID PHASE DIFFUSION JOINED ALLOY FOIL FOR HEAT RESISTANT MATERIAL WHICH IS JOINABLE IN OXIDIZING ATMOSPHERE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2733016
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to carry out liquid phase diffusion joining of heat resistant materials which are hardly welded in an oxidizing atmosphere by specifying the compsn. and thickness of alloy foil for liquid phase diffusion joining.
CONSTITUTION: The liquid phase diffusion joining alloy foil for the heat resistant materials which are joinable in the oxidizing atmosphere has a compsn. contg., by mass %, 6.0 to 15.0% Si, 0.1 to 2.0% Mn, 0.50 to 30.0% Cr, 0.10 to 5.0% Mo, 0.50 to 10.0% V, 0.02 to 1.05% Nb, 0.10 to 5.0% W, 0.05 to 2.0% N, 0.50 to 20.0% P and consisting of the balance Ni with impurity components and the thickness thereof is 3.0 to 300μm. As a result, the liquid phase diffusion joining joint for the heat resistant materials which permit liquid phase diffusion joining even in the oxidizing atmosphere and have high breaking strength is obtd.
