To provide a liquid pool preventing cap which avoids that a part of a content liquid retains around a spout when the content liquid is spouted.

The liquid pool preventing cap includes: a fitting cylinder for mounting on a container mouth part; a spouting cylinder continuous to the inner periphery of the fitting cylinder to form a projecting cylindrical shape and guiding the content liquid; and a partitioning wall provided with a removing part forming the spout by pulling a plug on the bottom part in the spouting cylinder. On the peripheral edge part of the spout, a fine recessed part cutout outward is provided at least at one position.
