PURPOSE: To prevent content liquid from flowing out even if a container body is inclined or brought down by mistake to enhance a safety by interrupting a pouring flow path through a narrow slit provided in an opening/closing nozzle by pressing down the opening/closing nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: This container comprises a container 3 housing a refill bag 2 filled with content liquid 1, a cap 4 detachably fitted to an upper opening, and a pouring flow path formed in the cap 4 for pouring out the content liquid 1 by connecting/disconnecting the inside and outside of the container 3. The cap 4 is provided with a top plate member 13, that is integrally molded so as to cover an upper end of a container body 10. A pour spout 14 is horizontally formed on the inner surface of the top plate member 13 so as to connect the inside and outside of the cap 4. An opening/closing nozzle 15 is inserted to the pour spout 14. When the top of the opening/closing nozzle 15 is pressed down from above, the opening/dosing nozzle 15 is so deformed that a slit 15a is opened, and the pouring flow path is formed through the pour spout 14.
