To offer a liquid pressure apparatus which can be removed easily even if a hydraulic pressure can not be raised up to a value of regulation of a hydraulic pressure transformer for a certain reason.
A fluid pressure nut 16 is provided with a 1st load-receiving portion material 17 and a 2nd load-receiving portion material 18 which is assembled to the 1st load-receiving portion material 17 freely, relatively able to displace, and carries out partition formation of a pressure chamber together with the 1st load receiving portion material 17. A threaded connection of a lock ring 21 is carried out to the outer periphery of the 2nd load-receiving portion material 18. Under the state that the pressure chamber is supplied with a hydraulic pressure, a load bearing surface of the lock ring 21 is contacted to an end surface of the 1st load-receiving portion material 17, and a load of the 2nd load receiving portion material 18 is supported by the lock ring 21. Moreover the lock ring 21 is formed to be capable of separation in a radial direction. When a hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic chamber can not be raised up to a value of regulation, the lock ring 21 is partitioned and the fluid pressure nut 16 is removed.
