Title:
LIQUID PRESSURE STEPLESS SPEED CHANGE GEAR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58221056
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform stepless speed change under relatively high torque with simple and small size structure, by connecting a variable flow control valve between both operating liquid path ports in a distributor thereby controlling the relative slip between the casing and shaft. CONSTITUTION:Spaces in the casing of a liquid pressure engine 1 or the space at the high pressure side for delivering the operational liquid and the space at the low pressure side for sucking the operational liquid and a flow control valve 28 provided at the outside of the liquid engine 1 are connected through a pair of operational liquid flow paths 14, 15 and a distributor 23 mounted on the shaft 3. Consequently the liquid 1 can be used quite similarly with a pump or motor. In other word, a stepless speed change gear can be constructed without containing the liquid engine 1 in a special housing or without assembling in other component.
