Abstract:
To provide a liquid processing device that has an excellent capability of pulverizing bubbles formed by gas-liquid mixing, into fine bubbles more efficiently.SOLUTION: Liquid flowing through a gas introduction passage from a casing gas passage to be subjected to gas-liquid mixing at a squeezing part of a liquid processing nozzle is caused to pass through a laminated mesh module 63 covering an opening part 45 at a casing side. Two or more mesh members included in the laminated mesh module are configured (as mesh members) to have sieve openings of 0.020 mm or more and 0.11 mm or less and aperture rates of 25.0% or more and 42% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 29
