Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid quantity management system capable of highly accurately processing calibration at a sufficiently practical level in a short period by reducing variations in data for calibration due to environmental changes such as temperature changes.
SOLUTION: When a conversion table which specifies the relation between liquid levels of a liquid storage tank 1 and liquid quantities, a liquid quantity gradient (ΔQ/ΔH) is computed on the basis of both the quantities of supplied liquid (ΔQ) supplied from a measuring device 3 and liquid level changes (ΔH) before and after the supply of the liquid detected by a liquid level detector 2 to process calibration through the use of the liquid quantity gradient data. To be concrete, the liquid quantity gradient is bound to one liquid level among the liquid level changes, and a liquid quantity at the liquid level after calibration is computed on the basis of the liquid quantity gradient to create a calibration conversion table which specifies the relation between liquid levels of the liquid storage tank 1 and liquid quantities after calibration. The liquid quantity is computed and displayed from the liquid level on the basis of the calibration conversion table.
