Abstract:
To atomize a liquid resin without using high-pressure air when a thin film of the resin is formed by atomizing the liquid resin and applying it to a target object, and to atomize and apply a liquid resin of high viscosity.SOLUTION: A liquid resin application nozzle 2 that atomizes a liquid resin and applies it to a target object, includes: an ultrasonic horn 20 having an ultrasonic vibrator 29 that has a columnar shape and vibrates one end face 207 at high frequency in a direction orthogonal to the end face 207; a disk 22 disposed opposite the end face 207, with a slight empty space 220 left from the end face 207; a coupling portion 23 coupling a center of the end face 207 and a center of the disk 22; and a liquid resin supply unit 28. In the liquid resin application nozzle 2, the end face 207 is vibrated at high frequency by high frequency vibration oscillated by the ultrasonic vibrator 29, the high frequency vibration of the end face 207 is transmitted to the disk 22 via the coupling portion 23, the end face 207 and the disk 22 are vibrated at high frequency to atomize the liquid resin, supplied to the empty space 220, on an outer periphery of the empty space 220, and the atomized resin is released from the outer periphery of the empty space 220 and applied to the target object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
