Abstract:
PURPOSE:To aim at miniaturizing a device, by successively operating a main shut-off valve and a liquid retraction valve with the use of a single drive means. CONSTITUTION:The inner peripheral surface of a cylinder 22 is slidably engaged with a piston through the intermediary of seal sections 21, 21', and is connected to a working gas source. Further, pressurized gas is introduced in the cylinder 22, and is then released to the atmosphere. Further, the piston 20 is reciprocated in the cylinder by the urging force of a second compression spring 23. Further, the second compression spring 23 is selected such that it may have an urging force larger than that of a first compression spring 18, and therefore, the piston 20 is urged in one direction. With this arrangement, the device may be miniaturized.
