Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inside part of a steam generating container to be water sealed against high pressure steam atmosphere by a compact facility and further a head pressure required for water sealing of the steam generating container to be automatically adjusted in corresponding to a variation of steam pressure within the steam generating container.SOLUTION: A front side pressure chamber 61a and a rear side pressure chamber 61b are communicated to each other at their upper portions, liquid is filled in these front side pressure chamber and rear side pressure chamber, there is provided a liquid seal mechanism for holding a pressure in the rear side pressure chamber low in respect to a pressure in the front side pressure chamber communicated with the front side pressure chamber by a head pressure difference between the front side pressure chamber and the rear side pressure chamber, plural stages of the liquid seal mechanism are arranged in series in such a way that the rear side pressure chamber and the front side pressure chamber laying side-by-side may be communicated to each other at their lower portions, and each of the liquid seal mechanisms is provided with a slag shipping mechanism for shipping the solid slag settled at the lower part of the front side pressure chamber of the liquid seal mechanism through the front side pressure chamber to the rear side pressure chamber, respectively.
