Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of members requiring position-alignment as much as possible, temporarily assemble these members in air, simplify the assembling constitution in liquid, and reduce troubles and costs in the assembling process.
SOLUTION: A diaphragm 4 is formed integrally with a cylindrical rubber part 5 having a reinforcing intermediate cylinder 51, a partition member 6 is fitted into the inner circumference of the cylindrical rubber part 5 to form an air chamber 7 between the diaphragm 4 and the partition member 6, and the cylindrical rubber part 5 is fitted in a cylindrical body part 11 of a main body hardware 1 to provide a liquid chamber 8a between the diaphragm 4 and the bottom part 12 of the main body hardware 1. The outer peripheral part of a vibration-control base body 3 is fitted in the opening of the cylindrical rubber part 5 to allow the lower end of the base body 3 to be pressed against and in contact with the peripheral edge part of the partition member 6, and to provide a liquid chamber 8b between the partition member 6 and the vibration-control base body 3. Then, orifice passages 10 communicating from a through hole 53 communicated to the liquid chamber 8b to the liquid chamber 8a outside the diaphragm 4, are provided on the outer peripheral part of the cylindrical rubber part 5, and a communicating recessed part 64 position-aligned with the through hole 53 is provided on the peripheral edge part of the partition member 6.
