Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the lateral rigidity of a cab with simple structure by installing a cylindrical sleeve in space between a stud and a small diametral cylindrical part in an elastic body and also a disklike plate in the stud in the vertical direction at the upper part of a horizontal plane of the small diametral cylindrical part at the outward, respectively.
SOLUTION: This mount consists of a cylindrical sleeve 7 installed in an elastic body 2 and in space between a stud 5 and a small diametral cylindrical part 4, and a disklike plate 8 installed in the stud 5 in the vertical direction at the upper part of a horizontal plane of the cylindrical part 4 at the outward. A spring constant in the horizontal direction grows larger owing to the cylindrical sleeve 7, and likewise the spring constant in the vertical direction of an upper stopper part also becomes enlarged by the plate 8. Therefore, when any horizontal load works, first of all, the cylindrical sleeve 7 effectively works at an A load point, then the plate 8 effectively works at a B load point. Consequently the extent of lateral rigidity in a cab can be raized, while a construction is simplified, leading to being inexpensive in cost.
