Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable liquid sealed type vibration control device in which respective constituent members is assembled in incompressible fluid with excellent workability, and incompressible fluid is filled in the chambers while forming a pressure receiving chamber and an equilibrium chamber on both sides in which a main body rubber elastic body is sandwiched.
SOLUTION: By inserting a bottom lid member 50 in the opening of an outer cylinder sleeve 46 bonded to a diaphragm 42 by vulcanization and narrowing the outer cylinder sleeve 46 in the incompressible fluid, a supporting member 30 bonded to a main body rubber elastic body 16 by vulcanization is fitted and fixed on the axial intermediate point of the outer cylinder sleeve 46. Also, the bottom lid member 50 is fitted and fixed in the opening of the outer cylinder sleeve 46 to fluiditightly cover the opening of the outer cylinder sleeve 46. By so doing, while forming the pressure receiving chamber 64 and the equilibrium chamber 66, the incompressible fluid is filled in both chambers.
