To provide a liquid-sealed vibration damping device which can switch characteristics of a first orifice and a second orifice while suppressing cavitation caused by sudden pressure difference when an excessively large vibration is input.
A liquid sealing chamber 22 between a vibration isolating base 16 and a diaphragm 24 is divided by a partition body 28 into a main liquid chamber 22A and a sub-liquid chamber 22B. The partition body 28 includes: an annular orifice forming member 32 comprising a rigid body which forms a first orifice flow path 30 at the outer periphery; and an elastic partition film 34, blocking the inside and partitioning the main liquid chamber 22A and the sub-liquid chamber 22B and composed of a rubber-like elastic body. In the elastic partition film 34, on the film face 34A at the side of the main liquid chamber, a flow path forming member 42 is integrally included, and at the inside of the flow path forming member 42, a second orifice flow path 44 extending along the film surface 34A is formed.
