A liquid sealed vibration-proof device includes: a primary fluid chamber 42 where a vibration-proof base 16 defines part of a chamber wall; a first sub fluid chamber 44 where a first diaphragm 36 defines part of the chamber wall; a second sub fluid chamber 48 sectioned from the first sub fluid chamber 44 by a second diaphragm 46; a third sub fluid chamber 52 sectioned from the first sub fluid chamber 44 by a third diaphragm 50; a first orifice passage 60 communicating the primary fluid chamber 42 with the first sub fluid chamber 44; a second orifice passage 62 tuned to a higher high frequency area and communicating the second sub fluid chamber 48 with the third sub fluid chamber 52; a third orifice passage 64 tuned to much higher high frequency area and communicating the primary fluid chamber 42 with the second sub fluid chamber 48; and a switching valve 66 opening and closing the third orifice passage 64.
