Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain subject seasoning useful for food plants, readily usable, having excellent sweetness and coloring preventing properties, containing a stevia sweetener.
CONSTITUTION: The objective seasoning comprises a stevia sweetener, a sweetener of root of Glycyrrhiza glabra and a glucide such as isomerized saccharide. The degree of sweetness of the seasoning is preferably adjusted to 50-100 times that of sugar.
