Abstract:
To provide a liquid diverter for heat exchanger capable of being manufactured at low cost and dropping liquid evenly.SOLUTION: A liquid diverter 20 is arranged above a multistage core unit 11 of a drawn-cup heat exchanger 10. The liquid diverter 20 is provided with a liquid flow passage 23 having a flat shape surrounded by two triangular plates 21 and 22 by joining two sides of both plates 21 and 22 together. The remaining bottom sides of both plates 21 and 22 are provided with a slit-like liquid outflow port 24 communicating with the liquid flow passages 23 as an open end. A liquid inflow port 25 communicating with the liquid flow passage 23 is provided in the vicinity of the apex of the triangle facing the bottom side of one plate 21. A liquid supply pipe is connected to the liquid inflow port 25 so as to be substantially perpendicular to both the plates 21 and 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
