Abstract:
To provide a liquid silicone rubber sponge composition capable of reducing an amount of usage of an open cell foaming agent, and giving a high open cell silicone rubber sponge having even appearance and a small hardness scatter, and excellent in rubber characteristics.SOLUTION: A liquid silicone rubber sponge composition includes: an organopolysiloxane composition; (E) 0.2-30 pts.mass of an expanded resin fine particle having an organic resin shell having an absolute specific gravity of 0.01-0.3, and an average particle diameter of 10-200 μm; (F) 0.5-15 pts.mass of a monomer having one or more in a molecule of a residual alcoholic hydroxyl group, or an oligomer of one or two or more of these monomers selected from a 2-10C polyol having two or more in a molecule of alcoholic hydroxyl groups, or a partial ether compound, a partial ester compound, and a partial silyl compound of these as an open cell foaming agent; (G) 0.1-2.8 mass% to a total mass of the organopolysiloxane and constituent (E) of water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
