Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of a device, by providing a drive mechanism having a rotary output shaft connected to both of an impeller of a vacuum pump mechanism and an impeller of a submersible pump mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A submersible pump mechanism 2 comprising an impeller 18, a pump chamber 17, a water intake port 20, and a water discharge pot 21 is rotated by a rotary output shaft 8. A liquid sealing type vacuum pump mechanism 1 comprises a pump chamber 28, an impeller 32, an air intake port 33, and an air discharging port 34. Both of them are driven by a drive mechanism 3 simultaneously. With the arrangement, the cost of a device can be reduced as compared with a case wherein a vacuum pump and a submersible pump are used separately.
