Abstract:
To provide a sterilizing granule, a method for manufacturing the sterilizing granule, and a liquid spoilage control apparatus, each of which makes it possible to reduce manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A sterilizing granule 10 includes a surface layer 14 on a surface of a granular substrate 12 composed of ceramic. The surface layer 14 can be formed by firing a mixture obtained by mixing ceramic powder and germanium powder on the surface of the substrate 12. In this case, the surface layer 14 is formed so as to have irregularity on the surface thereof. The sterilizing granule 10 is put in a water bath or piping where it is desired to prevent breeding of bacteria.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
