Abstract:
To provide a liquid storage tank which suppresses a large displacement of an oil level due to sloshing to minimize damage to the tank caused by an earthquake.
The liquid storage tank, having a bottom and a cylindrical side wall 2 formed consecutively around the bottom, comprises a tank body storing a liquid inside tank, a floating lid 3 disposed on the surface of the liquid, and flow suppressing members which are connected at least to the lower surface of the floating lid 3 or to the bottom and move vertically inside the tank body. The flow suppressing members are connected flexibly to the floating lid 3 or to the bottom.
