Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminte danger accompanied by distruction of a liquid storage vessel for analysis and to reduce manufacturing cost, by rendering wall thickness of the part of said vessel near the outlet smaller than that of the other parts.
CONSTITUTION: Thickness of the circumference wall 8 of a liqud storage vessel 4 for analysis and the part near the outlet 9' of a material 9 as shown in the figure are designed so as to set the safety factors of them to 10 and 5, respectively. Even if distructive inside pressure occurs, the vicinity of the outlet 9' is first broken, and the wall 8 is not broken, thus ensuring safety. The manufacturing cost is also reduced.
