To provide a liquid suction device and a method of a liquid injection head and a liquid injection device which prevent color mixture of liquid, protect the meniscus of liquid, and do not require wiping operation by eliminating the remainder of liquid.
The liquid suction device 20 of the liquid injection 30 sucks liquid on the nozzle surface of the liquid injection head 30 which receives and injects liquid. It consists of a main body 80, a liquid absorbing member 83, and an elastically deformable booster member. The main body can seal the nozzle surface. The liquid absorbing member 83 is arranged inside the main body 80 and absorbs the liquid on the nozzle surface. The booster member supports the absorbing member 83 of the liquid in the main body 80 in a movable way and a biasing member 85 is provided for contacting the liquid absorbing member 83 to the nozzle surface in a non-compressed condition.
