PURPOSE: To easily control the outflow of a liquid by expanding and contracting a flexible body by allowing a liquid lead-out tip part to protrude from the center of the tip body of a main body having a liquid received therein, and forming a part or all of the main body from the flexible body free to expand and contract.
CONSTITUTION: After the coating solution in a coating solution chamber 7 is stirred by a stirring body 19, the liquid lead-out tip part 4a of the coating body 4 protruding from the leading end of a tip body 2 is brought into contact with a coating surface and pressed against the elastic force of an elastomer 9 to open a valve mechanism 11 consisting of a valve part 4b and a seat part 2a. When a flexible body (bellows) 5 is contracted by pressing the bottom part of a main body 1, the coating solution in the coating solution chamber 7 is controlled in its outflow amount by a suppressing part 10 and allowed to flow out to a sub-chamber 13 by a proper amount. When the bellows 5 is contracted by further pressing the bottom part, the coating solution stored in the sub-chamber 13 is bufferred by the air in the sub- chamber 13 and further controlled in its flowout amount by a prescribing part 12 and a proper amount of the coating solution passes through the valve mechanism 11 to flow out of the leading end opening of the tip body 2. Therefore, the flowout amount of the coating solution is easily controlled and, even when atmospheric temp. rises, a pressure state is bufferred and a large amount of the coating solution does not instantaneously flow out at the opening time of a valve.
