Abstract:
The utility model provides a liquid supply device which is simple in structure and excellent in maintenance. The liquid supply device (10) is provided with an integrated pump sleeve (13). The pump sleeve is provided with a first pump chamber (23) communicated with the first suction flow path (25) and the first discharge flow path (26), and a second pump chamber (24) communicated with the second suction flow path (27) and the second discharge flow path (28). The first pump (18) performs a suction operation and a discharge operation of the first pump chamber (23), and the second pump (19) performs a suction operation and a discharge operation of the second pump chamber (24). A flow path opening/closing solenoid valve (33) provided on the outside of the pump jacket (13) causes the first discharge flow path (26) to communicate with the second suction flow path (27) when the second pump (19) performs the suction operation and the first pump (18) performs the discharge operation, and guidesthe liquid to the second discharge flow path (28).
