PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device capable of restricting occurrence of repetition of increasing or decreasing of the number of operating pumps.SOLUTION: This invention has a control panel 110 including a micro-computer 111 for use in controlling operations of pumps 41 to 61 of a liquid supply device 10. The microcomputer 111 restricts an increase in the number of operating units, upon establishment of a condition for increasing the number of operating units, from the establishment of the condition for increasing the number of operating units to a preset waiting time A for increasing the number of operating units, and upon establishment of a condition for decreasing the number of operating units, restricts a decrease in the number of operating units during a preset waiting time B for decreasing the number of operating units after the establishment of the condition for decreasing the number of operating units. In addition, upon completion of a decrease in the number of operating units within a monitoring time X from the time in which the number of operating units is increased by one, the control panel 110 sets a restricting time Z for increasing the number of operating units subsequent to the waiting time A for increasing the number to be set next.
