PURPOSE: To prevent the personnel from forgetting to return of the operation lever of a nozzle by providing a latch releasing lever rotatable in the direction where the lever goes over a notch by contacting a contacting portion provided on a nozzle hanger to a lever guard while providing the notch engaging with the operation lever on the inner side of the lever guard of a liquid supplying nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: In supplying liquid, a cylinder top 2 is inserted in a tank to open a main valve 6 by pulling an operation lever 20, and liquid supplying is performed by rotating a finger placing piece 21 of a latch 22, for hanging the latch 22 on the notch 26. When liquid supplying is ended, the latch 22 is released from the notch 26 to rotate it clockwise, and the operation lever 20 is put back on the assigned place to hang a nozzle 1 on a nozzle hanger 30. If the operation lever 20 is not returned then, a latch releasing lever 27 is contacted to a protrusion 31 of the nozzle hanger 30, and the lever 27 is rotated toward the inside to push out the latch 22 engaging with the notch 26 by the back portion 28. Consequently, the energization of a spring 23 rotates the latch 22 along the back portion 28 to release the latch 22, for returning the operation lever 20 on the assigned place, thereby to close the main valve 6.
