Abstract:

A staple (2) has flat deformable back with central opening and two spaced pins converged in close position. A puncturing system has needle and hollow channel. A clamp has jaws with needle holes at their handles, for holding staple in place. A support (30) connected to traction element extending towards distal of puncturing system, form head (39). An introducer (40) guides head into thoracic cage of patient : An independent claim is also included for surgical staple.
