Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid treatment apparatus that recovers the precipitative particles from a liquid without settling and depositing them.
SOLUTION: A liquid tank 15 is provided on the lower part of a venturi spray booth 13 for coating, and a coating powder is trapped by the liquid surface 19 in the tank 15 in the course of sucking coating mist by means of an exhaust fan 24. A volute pump unit 31 that recirculates the liquid in the tank 15 and forms fine bubbles in the liquid is installed on one side of the tank 15. The unit 31 is equipped with a volute pump 33 and an air suction pipe 37 inserted into the liquid suction part in the pump 33. A recovery means 51 that recovers foamy scum of a coating powder floating on the liquid surface by the action of bubbles is provided on the other side of the tank 15.
