Title:
LIQUID VESSEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3816174
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a residual amount of content after extraction of e.g. a high viscous liquid by making the depth from the flange part of an upper vessel to the bottom plate larger than the depth from the flange part of a lower vessel to the bottom plate, and forming radially ribs on the bottom plate of the lower vessel from the proximity of an extraction port to its periphery.
SOLUTION: Depths of an upper part vessel 20 and a lower part vessel 21 are lying in the range of 1.0-1.2 times in a state where the depth from a flange part 23 to a bottom plate 22 is larger than the depth from a flange part 13 of the lower part vessel in a condition of the upper part vessel with exterior forces exerted. Besides, on the bottom plate of the lower part vessel, linear ribs 15 projected from the surface of the bottom plate are formed radially from the part near an extraction port 14 to its periphery. With extraction of the content, even if the upper part vessel depends on, it is supported by the ribs radially formed from the proximity of the bottom plate-shaped extraction port of the lower part vessel so as to prevent the extraction port from being clogged due to the upper part vessel, thus ensuring a passage of the content toward the extraction port from its periphery along the ribs.
